What are we looking for?

Currently, we have an open position for a Lead AI Engineer (Generative AI & Data Science Solutions) who wants to join our company. We are looking for a person with a solid background in data science, capable of leading teams, designing analytical strategies, and guiding the implementation of advanced solutions in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science environments for our Center of Excellence (CoE) AI.DA.

Responsibilities

Although they will depend on your profile and the experience you bring, in general, the main functions you would carry out with us are:

• Development of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
• Design of Multi-Agent Patterns (skills and subagents).
• Prompting.
• State and Memory Management.
• RAG.
• Planning (Reasoning Loops).
• Design of Tools (Tooling) and integrations.
• Error Handling in Tools.
• Interoperability: Security and LLMOps.
• Guardrails.
• Cost and Latency Management: Python, Java, Kafka, Microservices.

Requirements

• Professional experience of more than 8-10 years in Software Development.
• Mandatory experience in Python programming language.
• Artificial Intelligence: Experience in Generative AI and/or Data Science (MLOps, ML/GenAI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.) with at least 6 months/1 year of professional experience.
• Backend Software Development (APIs, microservices, scalable architecture).
• SDLC: GIT management, unit testing, continuous integration, and CI/CD deployment.
• Cloud: Experience with at least one provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of databases and data structures.
• Experience in managing and leading technical teams, promoting good practices and efficient methodologies in data science development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• High English level (B2/C1) valuable for collaborating on international projects.
