About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst (PO) to shape the product vision and MVP for a new digital investment product in mobile banking.

Responsibilities

Shape the product vision, MVP, and discovery approach
Define hypotheses and validate product ideas with stakeholders and users
Co-create the solution direction for digital investment journeys
Lead product discovery activities for onboarding, accounts, investing, and portfolios
Work closely with senior business stakeholders and present recommendations in an executive context
Translate customer and business needs into clear product direction
Support rapid iterations and decision-making in a product-focused team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a simple and intuitive mobile experience

Requirements

Strong experience in product discovery and MVP definition
Ability to work in a hypothesis-driven product environment
Practical experience in shaping product strategy and vision
Experience building digital products, ideally in fintech or financial services
Knowledge of investment products such as stocks, ETFs, or funds
Understanding of retail investing and wealth management solutions
Experience with brokerage or capital markets domains
Hands-on experience designing mobile applications and self-service journeys
Understanding of digital investment onboarding processes and MiFID requirements
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences
Experience working with financial institutions or fintech companies
