Lead Creative Producer

Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world. We are a multi-award-winning organization with a global team of over 2,500 people across 12 studios. Our portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, engaging over 25 million daily active users.

We are currently looking for a Lead Creative Producer to join our Ludios studio, based in Melbourne, Australia. This role offers a hybrid working model with 20 days of fully remote working.

About Ludios

Ludios, meaning "The Game People," is a part of Tripledot Studios. We create and publish our own casual, free-to-play mobile games. Our team is data-driven, creative, and passionate about the industry. We are currently working on several exciting projects, including a globally recognized IP and several original titles.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Creative Producer, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the creative direction of our advertising, developing original concepts, hooks, and gameplay ideas across various formats.
• Leading the creative role in the launch of new titles, shaping how the game is introduced to players.
• Rapidly developing, prototyping, and testing concepts to understand what works.
• Collaborating with creative teams and partners to turn ideas into high-quality executions.
• Using performance data, audience insights, and creative intuition to evolve our creative approach.
• Exploring new tools, technologies, and production methods to reach players more effectively.
• Partnering with UA, Product, Community, and Creative teams to identify opportunities and align creative thinking.
• Helping to raise the creative bar across the studio and shape the development of our creative marketing function.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creative strategy, creative production, or digital marketing, ideally within gaming or another fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and the performance marketing ecosystem.
• Significant experience creating or leading contemporary ad creative.
• Highly creative and idea-driven, with the ability to turn insights into compelling concepts.
• Strong understanding of marketing and creative performance metrics.
• Ambitious, forward-thinking, and excited about marketing.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking, delegation, and hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
