About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to lead our team in Hungary, driving innovation and ensuring seamless system performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the software development team to ensure software and systems interoperability
- Lead and develop a team of DevOps engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence
- Design and implement reliable cloud solutions and service-oriented architectures
- Enhance CI/CD processes for applications and infrastructure using tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Maintain system logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to safeguard health and security
- Ensure systems meet standards for availability, performance, scalability, and security
- Apply industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
- Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, Graylog, or Datadog
- Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing DevOps teams
- Understanding of core concepts in networking and security architectures
- Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address bottlenecks and optimize workflows
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to a varied audience
- English level of B2+
