About the Position
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) to drive the design and implementation of reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions on Azure, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for consistent and rapid software delivery
- Define and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates to create scalable environments
- Manage and govern APIs with Azure API Management, focusing on security, transformation, and performance policies
- Integrate AI capabilities like Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Document Intelligence into backend APIs when needed
- Ensure open communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of shared knowledge and high performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation using Bicep, Terraform, and ARM templates
- Proficiency in working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway, and Web Apps
- Strong commitment to ensuring reliability, rapid delivery, and effective team communication
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Background in .NET development and cloud-based application integration
