Lead Generation Specialist (UK)

About the Position
PixelPlex is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist based in the UK to join our Marketing and Sales team and drive qualified pipeline through outbound outreach.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run outbound lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn and email
- Manage and respond to inbound replies from outreach campaigns in a timely, professional manner
- Qualify leads based on defined sales criteria and route them to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and campaign performance in the CRM
- Continuously refine outreach messaging and targeting based on response data
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging with ICP and offers
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, including reply rates and lead-to-opportunity conversion
Requirements
- Experience working with outbound lead generation campaigns
- Experience handling replies from LinkedIn and email outreach
- Understanding of basic sales qualification and lead nurturing
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM systems
- Systematic approach, attention to detail, and excellent self-organization
- Based in the UK, with the ability to work in a UK-aligned schedule
Nice to Have
- Experience with outreach automation tools
- Familiarity with the IT, blockchain, or B2B tech industry
- Experience with A/B testing outreach sequences
