  • Prepare storyboards and partner closely with multimedia developers to turn ideas into impactful instructional resources
  • Visualize the instructional graphics, user interfaces, and end-to-end product experiences before development starts
  • Create assessment approaches to gauge the effectiveness of specific elements, modules, or entire courses
  • Maintain neatly structured project documentation and course folders throughout every phase of delivery
  • Interact regularly with SMEs and coworkers in a respectful and professional manner
  • Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into every task
  • Nurture strong connections with internal teams to make the best possible use of available tools and shared resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline
  • No fewer than 5 years of applied professional experience in instructional design
  • At least 1 year in a people management or team leadership capacity, directing a team of 5 or more FTEs
  • Hands-on familiarity with authoring platforms such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve for producing advanced adaptive learning content
  • Working awareness of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
  • Sound grasp of adult learning theory paired with multimedia design fundamentals
  • Refined eye for visual design and layout composition
  • Ability to feel at home in a dynamic and quickly shifting work setting
  • Confident English communication at B2 level or above, in both writing and speech, complemented by attentive listening and clear expression
  • Passion, energy, an optimistic mindset, and a "can-do" spirit when meeting challenges
  • Aptitude for balancing multiple projects, setting priorities well, working independently, and meeting demanding deadlines
  • Consistent history of being dependable, quick to respond, and centered on client needs across every engagement
  • Talent for building rapport and cultivating trust and confidence with both clients and teammates
  • Flexible thinking and agile stance toward deliverables, with the ability to adapt communication style for varied stakeholder audiences
  • Resilience and the capacity to perform effectively under time pressure while balancing workload and priorities

Nice to Have

  • Solid capabilities in multimedia development and graphic design to boost the quality of learning materials
  • Background creating AI-driven learning and enablement solutions or AI-powered agents
  • Familiarity with content compliance considerations connected to usability standards, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work remotely in Mexico
  • Engaging and impactful work in the field of instructional design and learning experiences
