About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with over 15 years of experience in various industries to join our team in Romania. Our candidate should be a skilled mechanical design engineer with a proven track record in multiple domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers
- Design and develop mechanical systems for various industries
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of mechanical designs
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical design
- Proven experience in multiple industries including solid fuels heating systems, near zero energy building research, essential oil manufacturing, metal structures fabrication, and weapons manufacturing
- Previous experience as a technical manager with a team of 30 people
Education
- Master's Degree from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca | Maintenance of Mechanical Systems
