About the Position

We are searching for a remarkably inventive Lead Motion Designer to join our global Creative and Marketing team.

In this role, you will focus your efforts on high-caliber visual storytelling, modern-day video production, and transforming complex technology concepts into engaging motion experiences. You should flourish in a fast-moving environment, applying generative AI with care, teaming up across varied disciplines, sustaining excellent project structure, and delivering premium creative outputs against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Translate sophisticated B2B and technical concepts into accessible, emotionally engaging visual narratives through thoughtful storytelling, design logic, and motion expertise
  • Craft high-quality motion graphics under pressing deadlines while adjusting nimbly to changing creative direction and stakeholder guidance
  • Move seamlessly between Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to review storyboards, build key visuals, animate static designs, and work hand in hand with designers, marketers, and creative leads
  • Assemble carefully arranged After Effects projects that are simple to take over, update, grow, and pass along across global creative teams
  • Weave generative AI into brainstorming, concept exploration, asset creation, and production processes while safeguarding sensitive information, brand identity, and intellectual property
  • Develop engaging motion content shaped for current social platforms, balancing technical parameters, audience preferences, and rising creative trends

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of practical professional experience in motion design or a related creative area
  • At least 1 year of experience in a people management or team leadership role, leading a group of 5 or more full-time staff members
  • Established portfolio of motion graphics work across editorial features, branded content, social media, or corporate storytelling
  • Thorough command of animation basics including timing, easing, pacing, rhythm, visual weight, and cinematic transitions
  • Strong design fundamentals with a confident understanding of composition, typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling principles
  • Sophisticated project organization capabilities, with the skill to create scalable, well-arranged projects featuring orderly assets, reusable templates, clear composition structure, controlled expressions, and accurate layer naming
  • Skilled use of generative AI paired with sound creative discernment, applying AI to enhance creative output while staying aware of its constraints, copyright considerations, and brand fit
  • Ongoing interest in shifting visual trends, social platforms, filmmaking methods, and new creative technologies
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with cooperative workflows in Figma
  • Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher, in both written and verbal forms

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work remotely in Colombia
  • Be part of a global Creative and Marketing team
