About the Position
We are on the lookout for a strikingly creative Lead Motion Designer to become part of our international Creative and Marketing team.
In this position, you will dedicate your work to elevated visual storytelling, present-day video production, and converting intricate technology ideas into immersive motion experiences. You should thrive in a rapid-paced setting, harnessing generative AI responsibly, working across mixed disciplines, keeping strong project discipline, and producing top-tier creative deliverables under demanding schedules.
Responsibilities
- Reshape advanced B2B and technical ideas into approachable, emotionally compelling visual stories using purposeful storytelling, design reasoning, and motion craftsmanship
- Produce refined motion graphics within tight timelines while adapting flexibly to evolving creative direction and stakeholder recommendations
- Navigate smoothly across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to evaluate storyboards, shape key visuals, bring still designs to life, and collaborate directly with designers, marketers, and creative leads
- Set up thoughtfully structured After Effects projects that are straightforward to inherit, revise, extend, and share across worldwide creative teams
- Blend generative AI into ideation sessions, concept development, asset creation, and production tasks while protecting confidential data, brand identity, and intellectual property
- Build captivating motion content designed for today's social platforms, weighing technical requirements, audience behavior, and emerging creative directions
Requirements
- No less than 5 years of applied professional background in motion design or an adjacent creative field
- At least 1 year of experience in a people management or team leadership position, guiding a team of 5 or more full-time contributors
- Proven portfolio of motion graphics projects across editorial content, branded storytelling, social channels, or corporate narratives
- Comprehensive grasp of animation essentials such as timing, easing, pacing, rhythm, visual weight, and cinematic transitions
- Robust design foundation with a well-developed understanding of composition, typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and storytelling core principles
- Advanced project organization skills, capable of producing scalable, neatly structured projects with tidy assets, reusable templates, clear composition layout, controlled expressions, and precise layer naming
- Capable application of generative AI combined with strong creative sensibility, using AI to boost creative production while remaining mindful of its boundaries, copyright matters, and brand alignment
- Continuous curiosity about evolving visual movements, social platforms, filmmaking approaches, and next-generation creative technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, alongside collaborative workflows in Figma
- Strong English communication abilities at B2 level or above, in both writing and speech
