About the Position

Lead Product Analyst

Smart Project is a Ukrainian product company specializing in full-cycle game development. With 15 years of experience in creating and promoting products in the Casual genre, our focus is steadily aimed at the global market and existing mobile platforms. As a result, our apps are available on all popular platforms, including Facebook, Amazon Appstore, Microsoft Store, Google Play Market, and the App Store.

We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dnipro, Prague, or remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of game data and identify key insights that drive product development
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of player behavior, preferences, and motivations
Organize and coordinate the work of the analytics team to ensure effective task execution
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, marketers, and executives, to define product goals and priorities
Propose initiatives to optimize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies based on data insights
Oversee A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of changes on player engagement and retention

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis or a related field within the gaming industry
Proficiency in using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Redash, QlikView, PowerBI
Advanced understanding of KPIs in the gaming industry, industry trends, and effective practices
Expertise in designing and implementing A/B testing methodologies
Experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and marketing analytics
Proven experience in leadership and mentoring in an analytical role
