Lead Product Manager, Customer Portal

About the Position

We're seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Customer Portal to lead product strategy, discovery, and delivery for Veriff's enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area, tied explicitly to Veriff's commercial model and revenue drivers.
• Run disciplined, continuous discovery with customers, and translate it into well-defined problem statements and a sequenced roadmap.
• Make transparent prioritisation and trade-off calls across product ambition, technical sustainability, and business urgency.
• Define success metrics before building, and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not output.
• Partner as a credible peer to Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops, and Design.
• Own launch as a discipline from the start - internal platform releases and external GTM.
• Set and uphold the product-craft bar. Mentor PMs and, in time, build and lead the team.
• Champion AI internally, implementing new best practices for faster product discovery and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management.
• Strong skills in Customer Discovery.
• Expertise in Roadmap Development.
• Experience with AI implementation.
• Experience in Product Launch.
