Lead Product Manager (Utilities)

About the Position

We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education, and we are actively expanding into e-commerce and web. And there's even more to come!

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own a portfolio of products in the Utilities niche, including AI-driven directions targeting Tier 1 markets.

Responsibilities

• Shaping the mobile product strategy together with the Head of Product - from resource planning to pitching ideas at C-level
• Running product discovery, analyzing the market, competitors and trends, searching for growth hacks and validating hypotheses
• Generating the backlog, building and defending the roadmap for each product - balancing quick wins with long-term strategic bets
• Tracking and optimizing key product and risk metrics, working with Amplitude and Tableau
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams: product managers, development, design, marketing and analytics
• Leveling up the team's product expertise through mentoring, strengthening a culture of feedback and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Experience with B2C subscription-based mobile products
• Solid understanding of unit economics: LTV, CAC, retention, payback period
• Ability to build and defend a roadmap and PRD in front of stakeholders
• Experience in monetization or product marketing: paywalls, pricing tests, plan structures, intro offers
• Leadership experience - ability to drive a team toward results, make decisions, and take ownership of a direction
• Experience in mentoring and/or people management

Nice to Have

• Understanding of monetization models: ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases
• Experience with ad platforms and marketing analytics
