Ми масштабуємо функціональне управління мобільною розробкою на рівні компанії - і шукаємо Mobile Tech Lead, який очолить цей напрямок: розвиток iOS-інженерів у кількох продуктових командах, технічну експертизу та кроскомандний вплив, без прив'язки до однієї команди.
Why This is Exciting?
- Impact on the mobile direction of the company: You will work with multiple product teams and influence the technical standards and approaches to mobile development at the level of JATAPP
- Development of a strong engineering team: Setting goals, performance, technical growth, and transitions between levels for iOS engineers
- Flexible format: Hands-on development - approximately 10-20% of the time, mainly in complex technical cases where additional expertise is needed, without micromanagement from the C-level
- Wide area of interaction: You will work with Team Lead, developers, Product, Project, and Engineering teams
Key Tasks
- Functional management and development of iOS engineers: goals, performance evaluation, promotions, motivation
- Development of iOS expertise at the company level, implementation of common technical standards between units
- Advising teams on complex iOS solutions, participation in technical designs
- Point involvement as an expert in complex or critical situations
- Synchronization of approaches and exchange of expertise between teams
Requirements
- Strong practical experience in iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI), from 5 years
- Experience in the position of Tech Lead / Team Lead / Engineering Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in people/engineering management: development of engineers, goal setting, performance work, mentoring
- Experience working with multiple teams or products and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
- Cross-team influence and implementation of changes beyond one team
- Strong communication skills, ability to argue solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Sufficient level of expertise to work with strong Senior iOS Engineers
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Android at the level of technical leadership (deep hands-on expertise is not required)
- Practical experience using AI tools in work
- Master's degree in Computer Science
