About the Position
We are looking for a Lead Python Web Developer with hands-on SDVI expertise to deliver outcomes within client squads in a fully remote model. You will bring practical media supply chain experience, operate and optimize ingest-focused SDVI workflows, and help raise the squad’s technical bar-apply now.
Responsibilities
- Implement and run SDVI solutions within a media supply chain environment
- Configure, troubleshoot and optimize SDVI workflows with a focus on ingest
- Deliver outcomes independently while strengthening the technical capabilities of the squad
- Embed with the client’s squads and operate effectively in a fully remote, offshore or distributed setup
- Collaborate directly with client teams and adjust to their working style and timezone
- Take ownership of complex workflow challenges and resolve them with minimal supervision
- Support custom ingest solutions and ensure smooth integration with SDVI
- Expand team capacity to help reduce overall workload
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in Python web development
- Hands-on expertise in Python, Django, AWS and PostgreSQL
- Demonstrated experience implementing and running SDVI solutions in a media supply chain environment
- Solid understanding of media ingest, content processing and distribution workflows
- Practical ability to work hands-on keyboard to configure, troubleshoot and optimize SDVI workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex workflow challenges and deliver with minimal supervision
- Comfort working in a fully remote, offshore or distributed team model
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to Have
- Broader subject matter expertise across media technology
- Familiarity with newer SDVI capabilities, including AI-driven tools
- Background onboarding new partners or supporting media ingest at scale
- Experience with custom ingest solutions and integration with SDVI
