About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Revenue Analyst to strengthen Business Partnering Services by delivering precise revenue analysis and corporate finance support. You will work within EPAM's Global Finance BPS team to drive forecasting, reporting, and revenue recognition improvements across client accounts. Join us and apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate revenue results based on timesheets, contracts, and internal guidelines
  • Prepare accounts for monthly and annual close, run detailed revenue analysis across periods, and pinpoint drivers behind fluctuations
  • Provide short-term and long-term revenue forecasts aligned with company standards
  • Review financial terms in contracts and assist with contract preparation and budget planning
  • Enter data into EPAM internal systems and validate accuracy and completeness
  • Create reports that satisfy internal needs and client requirements
  • Evaluate financial health for individual client accounts
  • Drive streamlined account processes by advising project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting topics
  • Coordinate with audit teams to support timely and effective audit completion

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience of 5+ years in a relevant area such as finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
  • Completed higher education degree in economics, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, charting, and a broad set of formulas (mathematical, logical)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • B2+ English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate), both written and spoken

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate diplomatically with colleagues, business stakeholders, and clients
