Lead Salesforce CPQ Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Salesforce CPQ Engineer to drive the design, customization, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems while meeting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, and approval workflows
• Customize and extend Salesforce CPQ functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
• Collaborate with business analysts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPQ configuration and performance
• Optimize the Quote-to-Cash process through customization and enhancement of CPQ quoting processes
• Lead activities related to code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Stay informed about Salesforce CPQ releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and COQ, with a strong understanding of CPQ product configuration and the Quote-to-Cash process
• Significant expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and their integration for component design and development
• Solid understanding of Apex for Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Flexibility to use Salesforce Flow tools, including Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Flow Orchestration
• Background in customization of CPQ quoting processes, including complex pricing and approval flows
• Certification in Salesforce CPQ or related Salesforce specializations
