About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to lead our team in implementing Salesforce solutions across various industries. Join our community of 1,200+ top-notched Salesforce Consultants & Engineers and help our customers worldwide define the right approach for integrating best Salesforce practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce team
- Participate in application design, configuration, customization, and deployment
- Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with various technology teams, including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
- Lead the development team to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting
Requirements
- Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds
- Experience in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC
- Experience in estimation techniques
- Solid experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD practices)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- English B2+ level
