Lead Software Engineer - Java FS Angular

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Java FS Angular to join our team and drive the design, development and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with stakeholders on requirements gathering, refinement and demonstration of work results
• Develop code based on established coding standards and architecture guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members
• Create efficient unit, acceptance and integration tests
• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead and Scrum Masters to facilitate planned releases
• Support testing, training and implementation phases of projects
• Handle non-functional requirements such as performance and security
• Interact with multiple interface teams to ensure functionality works end-to-end
• Deliver high-quality outputs while working closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java and full-stack development
• Expertise in Java8+, Spring Boot and REST API
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture
• Skills in Junit, JavaScript and SQL
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Good communication and analytical skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI - Copilot tools
