Job description
About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (m/f/d) to join our team in München. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruitment processes and employer branding campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Structure of the recruitment stream: Consolidate recruitment for Frontline and the agency into a single unit and introduce standardized processes, standards, and key performance indicators.
- Leadership: Provide both line management and professional guidance to your recruitment team, allocate and prioritize vacancies, and develop the team further.
- Recruitment & Prioritisation: Prioritize vacant roles, new store and retail space openings, and new projects; manage the selection process and conduct interviews yourself.
- Employer Branding & Channels: Be responsible for campaigns, the careers page, LinkedIn, job portals, and our referral program, and allocate the budget where it has the greatest impact.
- Key Figures & Reporting: Define KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost per hire, identify bottlenecks at an early stage, and report to the Talent & Culture management team and to our clients.
- Clients & Interfaces: Coordinate recruitment matters with our clients and work closely with other HR teams, such as HR Services and HR Training.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years’ experience in recruitment, ideally including initial experience in the technical or line management of recruiters, preferably at an agency, a HR or sales service provider, or in a retail chain.
- Broad recruitment experience: Experience in filling numerous roles simultaneously under time pressure, for example during new branch openings or project launches, and sourcing specialist and managerial staff through active sourcing.
- Structure & employer branding: Experience in establishing or restructuring recruitment processes and managing employer branding campaigns and job portals.
- Methods & Tools: Confidence in conducting structured interviews and managing recruitment KPIs, work with applicant tracking systems (ideally Personio), and familiarity with the AGG and GDPR. Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Personality: Confidence when interacting with candidates, managers, and clients, enforcing standards, and maintaining a clear overview even when managing multiple simultaneous recruitment processes.
- Languages & Travel: Business-fluent German and a good command of English, and travel as required to various locations, agency offices, and client meetings.
We Offer
- Bye bye boredom – We offer flexible working models including home office options, flexible working hours, and job rotation opportunities.
- Wanderlust? Work remotely from anywhere for up to 3 weeks per year.
- Whether cycling through the city, working out at the gym, or going on a shopping spree – enjoy benefits such as Company Bike, discounted Body & Soul memberships, and numerous employee discounts.
- Be part of our legendary team and company events designed to inspire, connect, and exchange ideas.
- And last but not least: Enjoy your coffee and lunch breaks on Munich’s most beautiful rooftop terrace with our in-house barista and even real sheep.
