About the Position

Lead Tech Data Informatica H/F

We are seeking a Lead Tech Data Informatica H/F to join our team and lead data integration projects using Informatica IDMC.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of the IDMC suite (Cloud version of MDM, Data Quality, CDGC from Informatica)
• Development of optimized architectures integrating the IDMC Data platform
• Design and implementation of data ingestions on IDMC
• Implementation of data transformations and data enhancement on IDMC
• Participation in client workshops for design and consulting
• Understanding an RFP
• Development of a technical response (functional, technical, and software architecture)
• Support in front of a technical/functional audience
• Analytical skills to identify client needs in order to:
  • Propose tailored technical solutions
  • Avoid redundancy if existing tools are already in place
  • Challenge client ideas to guide them towards best practices in "Data Management"

After your onboarding, you will be responsible for leading a development team and participating in the delivery of the solution.

Requirements

• Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Cloud Data Integration part of Informatica's IDMC platform
  • Complementary knowledge of the rest of the IDMC platform is a plus: API management, MDM, Data Quality...
  • Knowledge of the on-prem Informatica via Power Center
  • "Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Modernization" certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of global IT bricks of the SI is a plus: Datalake, data warehouse, MDM, other intermediary tools (ETL, ESB, API management,...)
  • Knowledge of methodology and tools around DevOps in a Data context

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, rigor, and strong team spirit
  • Recognized for your proactivity and ability to propose innovative solutions

Nice to Have

• Functional knowledge of the following sectors: Insurance, banking, distribution, or issues related to Third Party/Person Directories is a real asset
• Sensitivity to broader data topics (data quality, references, governance, business processes) will be a real asset for adapting to the different projects you will be in charge of
• Comfortable with public speaking, allowing you to present and lead workshops and meetings around architectural solutions
• English level B2 necessary to address our clients abroad
