About the Position

Now, we’re looking for a talented Lead UX/UI Designer to define and elevate the user experience of a next-generation digital inventory platform. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design - from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate findings into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Drive the creation and evolution of the design system and visual language.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Clients to align business and user goals.
- Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across the platform.
- Represent design decisions during stakeholder meetings - both remotely and on-site in Norway.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with proven experience in complex B2B products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid UX process and polished UI craft.
- Proficiency with modern tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, etc.).
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Norway for workshops, client meetings, and design sprints.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile or iterative development processes is a plus.
- Experience designing for web, and/or cross-platform applications.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS.
