About the Position

At LogiqApps, we design more than software - we create smart, impactful digital experiences. Now, we’re looking for a talented Lead UX/UI Designer to define and elevate the user experience of a next-generation digital inventory platform.

If you’re ready to take ownership, lead design decisions, and turn complex processes into simple experiences - let’s make it happen together.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design - from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights.
  • Translate findings into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Drive the creation and evolution of the design system and visual language.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Clients to align business and user goals.
  • Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across the platform.
  • Represent design decisions during stakeholder meetings - both remotely and on-site in Norway.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with proven experience in complex B2B products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid UX process and polished UI craft.
  • Proficiency with modern tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, etc.).
  • Experience leading or mentoring other designers is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Norway for workshops, client meetings, and design sprints.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile or iterative development processes is a plus.
  • Experience designing for web, and/or cross-platform applications.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work directly with an international team of professionals passionate about user-centered innovation.
  • Flexible remote setup with occasional travel to Oslo.
  • Professional growth support - courses, certifications, conferences.
