About the Position
Join EPAM as a Lead Workforce and Consumer Enablement Specialist to design and implement impactful learning experiences for our global team.
Responsibilities
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning and enablement needs of the target audience
- Set learning objectives appropriate to learner and program needs
- Assess, uplift, or design content aligned to learning objectives and modality
- Create engaging learning activities that enhance the learning process
- Draft storyboards and work with multimedia developers to create effective instructional assets
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
- Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of elements, modules, or courses
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Communicate regularly with SMEs and colleagues in a polished, professional manner
- Apply adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to all activities
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage internal tools and resources
Requirements
- A degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related discipline
- 3+ years instructional design experience
- 2+ years' experience using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies including but not limited to: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
- Good eye for visual design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Careful listener and good communicator (speaking and writing)
- Passion, energy, a positive mindset, and a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
- Track record of being reliable, responsive, and client-centered
- Ability to build rapport and instill trust and confidence
- A flexible mindset and agile approach to deliverables. Ability to adopt style to engage with different kinds of stakeholders
- Resilience and ability to work under time pressure, manage workload and priorities
Nice to Have
- Expertise in multimedia development and graphic design
- Experience designing AI-driven learning and enablement and/or agents
- Experience ensuring content compliance with usability standards, Section 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
