Responsibilities
- Early identification of learning voids within teams
- Implementation of targeted measures to improve efficiency
- Planning, development, adaptation, and implementation of educational programs: trainings, seminars, presentations
- Monitoring the performance and quality of training
- Improvement of educational products by conducting master classes, individual trainings, and creating content for electronic courses
- Supporting and mentoring of employees
- Reporting on the progress of work
- Upgrading skills with LMS tools
Requirements
- English level – C1
- Complete higher education in the field of pedagogy/psychology/philology
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or education
- Experience in using modern teaching methods
- Knowledge of e-learning software/LMS
- The ability to encourage and motivate others to achieve high results
- Multitasking and effective time management skills
