About the Position

Aarhus University - Network Profile is seeking a dedicated Ledelseskoordinator/PA til institutledelsen på Psykologisk Institut to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support the leadership and administration of the Psychological Institute with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure structure, overview, and effective work processes that support the leadership's strategic and operational work.
• Act as a sparring partner and administrative key person for the management group through coordination, follow-up, and support of decision-making processes.
• Drive and support the implementation and use of university core systems at the institute level.
• Provide leadership support, including the preparation of management information and decision proposals.
• Handle secretariat duties for institute management meetings, employee meetings, and meetings with external partners, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
• Coordinate and support tasks related to the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree with some years of relevant experience in management and secretariat services.
• Proficiency in both Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong digital competencies and experience with system-supported work processes.
• Ability to contribute to the implementation, development, and use of administrative systems and other IT tools.
