Legal AI Counsel (Berlin or Leipzig)

We are looking for the person who makes that value real for customers: in the demo, in onboarding, and inside the AI itself.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Impact: Help win and grow customers by building and running demos, joining high-stakes prospect calls, and running trials and workshops.
• Customer Transformation: Act as a strategic sparring partner in onboarding, defining review requirements, tuning playbooks and prompts, and showing legal teams where Legartis delivers the highest ROI.
• Making the AI Better: Work hands-on with the Legal Agent, prompting, testing, diagnosing where it breaks and why, and feeding learnings back into Product and Engineering.
• Internal Legal Support: Support Legartis as in-house counsel on contract reviews and specific legal questions.

Requirements

• Commercial Savvy: Ability to sell the product by making the customer succeed in front of their own team.
• Legal Foundation: Solid legal training and hands-on experience with commercial contracts.
• Hands-on AI Builder: Experience pushing LLMs to their limits and figuring out where AI systems break and how to fix them.
• Ownership & Communication: Ability to point to things you built, launched, or drove, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
