Responsibilities

• Contribute to research, document drafting, project coordination, and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
• Assist with consumer litigation, including preparing case materials, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
• Maintain corporate records, file documents with relevant authorities, and support compliance with governance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, handle Data Subject Requests (DSRs), conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to GDPR and other laws.
• Draft, review, and manage influencer contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), process legal invoices, and monitor legal budgets.

Requirements

• Recently completed a bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies.
• Strong understanding of legal principles in contract law, litigation, and data protection (GDPR knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Previous work experience (which is a plus) and availability for 6 to 9 months.
