Responsibilities

Mozio is expanding its Distribution Team and we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to accelerate Growth through strategic partnerships and world-class business development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive growth
  • Present, promote, and sell Mozio’s products with clear value propositions
  • Run a precise sales process: meetings, impactful presentations, solution alignment
  • Keep opportunities moving: respond to partner inquiries and remove roadblocks
  • Prospect actively: identify high-potential accounts and execute outreach
  • Represent Mozio at global industry events; network and secure partnerships
  • Report regularly on progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Own the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close, structuring win-win terms
  • Build and grow a portfolio of strategic partners with account plans, periodic reviews, and clear revenue targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Co-design partner marketing initiatives to drive adoption and revenue
  • Use data and dashboards to track performance, surface insights, and prioritize high-impact opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales (ideally SaaS, hospitality, tourism, or services)
  • Proven track record in tech-driven sales
  • Fluent English; Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, or German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings
  • Self-starter, able to work independently on a full-time contractor basis
  • Demonstrated success in senior sales roles (sales management + strategic growth)
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements with OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups, or tech partners
  • Hands-on CRM proficiency
