Responsibilities

As a Leveransledare at Frenda, you will become an important part of our delivery organization that drives Frenda's largest deliveries by creating long-term customer value, profitability, and new business opportunities. The role is at the intersection of customer, operations, product, and technology and requires a person who can create structure, build relationships, and get several different stakeholders to work towards common goals.

You will initially work closely with and relieve our existing Leveransledare, to gradually get to know Frenda's customers, products, working methods, and delivery model, and gradually take on more responsibility. In parallel, you will be involved in one of our ongoing customer projects already during the project phase, to build knowledge and relationships in preparation for the upcoming transition to management.

In this role, you will:

• Gradually take responsibility for and relieve within existing customer deliveries

• Ensure seamless transitions from project to delivery and management

• Ensure a high-quality customer relationship through ongoing contact and active relationship work

• Lead and coordinate internal customer teams

• Establish and develop a close and professional customer dialogue

• Prioritize and follow up on activities, commitments, and deliveries

• Work proactively with customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and further development

Requirements

• Have a few years of broader work experience and feel confident in handling customers, colleagues, and various types of stakeholders

• Have experience from, for example, IT management, service delivery, customer success, or project management with subsequent management responsibility

• Be social and relationship-building, and have an easy time creating trust

• Be structured and able to keep order, prioritize, and follow up when many issues are ongoing in parallel

• Be diplomatic and responsive, and able to handle different perspectives without losing direction or clarity

• Be comfortable in an IT environment, without necessarily being the most technical person in the room
