The Store Change Leader organizes the ongoing work of the Sales Team during shifts, in accordance with top-down standards and guidelines. They also support management staff in motivating the team and building a good atmosphere, and participate in all store processes, carrying out ongoing operational and VM tasks. They also ensure sales and KPI targets are met, providing professional customer service.

• Support the Store Manager in daily duties, based on open communication and trust in decision-making
• Manage the team during shifts, focusing on achieving sales and operational goals
• Work with merchandise and deliveries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards, always staying ahead
• Maintain and enforce standards that directly translate into work quality and efficiency
• Support new employees with positive energy and openness, spreading motivation from day one

Requirements

• Experience in team management and a desire to develop managerial skills
• Experience in retail and the ability to apply acquired knowledge in practice
• Ability to build positive relationships and motivate the team
• Dynamism and efficiency in a changing environment
• Openness to change and active search for new solutions
