The Store Change Leader organizes the ongoing work of the Sales Team during shifts, in accordance with top-down standards and guidelines. They also support management staff in motivating the team and building a good atmosphere, and participate in all in-store processes, carrying out current operational and VM tasks. They also ensure sales and KPI targets are met, providing professional customer service.

• Support the Store Manager in daily duties, based on open communication and trust in decision-making
• Manage the team during shifts, focusing on achieving sales and operational goals
• Work with merchandise and deliveries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards, always staying ahead
• Maintain and enforce standards that directly translate into the quality and efficiency of work
• Support new employees with positive energy and openness, spreading motivation from day one

Stages of the Recruitment Process

This is the final stage of the recruitment process, conducted by the Store Manager or Regional Sales Manager, during which the details of the position, expectations, working conditions, and your experience are discussed.
