About the Position
The Livestream Producer for AI (AnyLive) manages end-to-end production, from planning and scripting to live broadcast direction. The role ensures seamless AI integration, oversees creative and technical execution, and leverages performance insights to optimize future shows.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Pre-Production
- Coordinate all production elements, from graphics and visual assets to the technical infrastructure, to ensure smooth AI integration.
- Collaborate closely with AI development teams to define the capabilities and avatars of AI characters or hosts.
- AI Scripting and Creative Writing
- Write compelling and natural-sounding dialogue for the AI characters that aligns with their established persona and the show’s narrative.
- Design the conversational flows and possible responses for the AI, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions with human hosts and the audience.
- Live Broadcast Direction & Management
- Oversee the technical operation, including live-to-VOD recording, stream quality, and audio/video sync.
- Direct the livestream, making real-time creative and technical decisions to ensure a flawless production.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Work with data scientists to analyze AI-driven performance metrics, such as the effectiveness of AI-generated responses, to inform future content strategy.
- Lead brainstorms and team reviews to identify opportunities for creative and technical improvements for future shows.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in creative writing, screenwriting, or copywriting, with a focus on writing for a specific character or voice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisive calls in a high-pressure, live environment.
- Must be available to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends or holidays, as live show schedules require.
