About the Project

We are looking for an AI specialist with experience in working with large language models (LLM) to join our Data/AI team. The role involves co-creating and implementing innovative solutions that automate the analysis, classification, and processing of business texts and documents. We also use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures in our projects, so we are looking for someone who knows and understands this approach.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing LLM-based solutions for automatic analysis and knowledge extraction from documents (contracts, regulations, reports, email correspondence)
• Creating workflows and prompts for generative models and their evaluation and optimization
• Building pipelines for processing large volumes of data, including the use of OCR and NLP tools
• Integrating LLM models with information retrieval systems and knowledge bases (RAG) using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Elasticsearch, Pinecone, or other vector solutions
• Ensuring high-quality model responses, continuous evaluation of results, and collaboration with subject matter experts
• Monitoring the performance, stability, and costs of implemented AI solutions
• Working in compliance with best practices in data security, including GDPR/RODO requirements
• Collaborating with business and technical teams at every stage of AI project implementation

Requirements

• Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models)
• Proficiency in Python, HuggingFace, LangChain, or LlamaIndex, REST API, and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with document processing – ability to clean, classify, extract key data, and automate document processing
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, model tuning, and quality assessment
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and the ability to integrate LLMs with vector-based knowledge bases (Pinecone, Elasticsearch, FAISS, Milvus, Qdrant)
• Ability to translate business needs into specific AI solutions and effectively collaborate with various departments
