Responsibilities

• Data Stewardship: Own the end-to-end process of creating, updating, enriching, and maintaining product hierarchy master data records, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
• Request Management: Efficiently process incoming requests for code creation, modification, or closure, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Proactively follow up on incomplete or non-compliant requests to maintain data quality.
• System Integration & Publication: Ensure the seamless and accurate publication of master data changes across all integrated systems, guaranteeing consistent information flow.
• Quality Assurance & Improvement: Execute regular data quality controls, identify potential degradations, and report on progress. Actively troubleshoot and resolve data issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
• Process Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our master data processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Project Involvement: Participate in cross-functional projects as needed, lending your expertise to enhance our data landscape and operational excellence.

Requirements

Skills & Expertise:

• Exceptional Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and a rigorous approach to data management are paramount.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and collaborating across departments.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Eager to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose constructive solutions.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand the business impact of data quality and integrity.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong experience in Master Data Management and processes.
• Advanced English skills are required.
• Proficiency in SAP (especially modules related to customer master data).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
