Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) framework, defining the right next steps for each partner.
• Support the Legal and Operations teams through diligent and meticulous management of 3PL and rider documentation, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.
• Develop processes and long-term projects to improve the efficiency of the 3PL setup, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and the country leadership team.
• Identify industry trends and act proactively to outperform competitors, with a focus on rider experience.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee the best possible user experience and position Glovo as the favorite delivery app for both riders and customers in Bulgaria.
• Oversee daily relationships with 3PL partners, managing their requests and ensuring an optimal rider supply.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (a plus).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (e.g., consulting, tech industry).
• Experience in the delivery or on-demand industry is considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (or Microsoft Office).
• Based in Sofia or willing to relocate.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient mindset.
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
• Capacity to approach situations from different perspectives and propose creative solutions.
• Persuasive communicator, with attention to detail and evidence-based reasoning.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
