Responsibilities

Design and optimize the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) framework, defining the right next steps for each partner.
Support the Legal and Operations teams through diligent and meticulous management of 3PL and rider documentation, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.
Develop processes and long-term projects to improve the efficiency of the 3PL setup, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and the country leadership team.
Identify industry trends and act proactively to outperform competitors, with a focus on rider experience.
Collaborate with the Operations team to guarantee the best possible user experience and position Glovo as the favorite delivery app for both riders and customers in Bulgaria.
Oversee daily relationships with 3PL partners, managing their requests and ensuring an optimal rider supply.

Requirements

University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (a plus).
Previous experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (e.g., consulting, tech industry).
Experience in the delivery or on-demand industry is considered a plus.
Proficiency with Google Suite (or Microsoft Office).
Based in Sofia or willing to relocate.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient mindset.
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
Capacity to approach situations from different perspectives and propose creative solutions.
Persuasive communicator, with attention to detail and evidence-based reasoning.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong commitment to getting the job done.
