About the Position
Logistics Manager (M/F)
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for one of our international manufacturing clients, focusing on logistics performance and material flow across the plant.
Responsibilities
- Managing the flow of materials and finished goods throughout the plant.
- Ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries.
- Supporting production by securing the availability of materials and smooth internal logistics.
- Leading and developing logistics and warehouse teams.
- Driving improvements in productivity, inventory levels, quality, and operational costs.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing actions to improve results.
- Working closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Using ERP/WMS systems to maintain efficient and reliable logistics processes.
- Supporting compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Requirements
- An experienced logistics leader from a manufacturing environment, ideally automotive.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, internal logistics, and material flow.
- A people manager who can develop teams and drive accountability.
- Experience working with SAP, WMS, or similar systems.
- A continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Good command of English and Polish.
