Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily logistics operation of the country to ensure operational stability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., delivery times, availability of delivery people, fill rate, cancellations, etc.).
• Detect operational deviations or incidents and quickly activate mitigation plans.
• Analyze order demand by city and time slot.
• Define strategies to maintain the balance between the supply of delivery people and the volume of orders.
• Design and execute operational plans to improve business efficiency and scalability.
• Make quick decisions to minimize the impact on the user experience.
• Work on optimizing processes and tools to improve the operation.
• Ensure that the operation generates: good level of service to the user and positive experience for delivery people.

Requirements

• Professional in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (not mandatory) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in GSuite - Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, SQL (not mandatory).
• Analytical capacity and knowledge of Excel (not mandatory).
• Strong initiative, organization, communication, teamwork, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make decisions based on metrics analysis.
• Ability to demonstrate persistence and discipline in creatively solving problems in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
