Looking for a Russian-speaking EspoCRM Developer

About the Position

Hello! We are looking for an experienced EspoCRM developer for a long-term project. We are building a custom CRM for a retail advertising company. The system will manage:

• customers, retail chains, and stores;
• equipment, subscriptions, and licenses;
• advertising clients, agencies, and campaigns;
• sales and service processes;
• roles and access permissions;
• future integration with 1C Accounting and external systems.

We need someone who can not only install EspoCRM, but also design and implement custom entities, relationships, business logic, and integrations. Russian-speaking is strongly preferred. Written communication is fine; regular calls are not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom entities, relationships, business logic, and integrations.
• Manage customer, retail chain, and store data.
• Handle equipment, subscriptions, and licenses.
• Oversee advertising clients, agencies, and campaigns.
• Ensure seamless sales and service processes.
• Define roles and access permissions.
• Plan and execute integration with 1C Accounting and external systems.

Requirements

• Experience with EspoCRM.
• Ability to design and implement custom entities, relationships, business logic, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Russian (written communication).
