Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per year
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly automated production environment featuring advanced manufacturing equipment, robotics, CNC machinery, and automated production systems.
Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Preventative and reactive maintenance across plant machinery.
- Work with single and three-phase systems, PLCs, drives, motors, and robotics.
- Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
- Interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Requirements
- Time-served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
- Strong fault-finding skills.
- PLC experience is desirable.
