We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our logistics center and factory in Alcobendas, Madrid. The role involves supervising and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure efficient and safe operation of Sika's facilities and equipment in Alcobendas (Fuencarral and Aragoneses). The goal is to minimize downtime and optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage maintenance activities in Alcobendas (Fuencarral Road and Aragoneses Street).
  • Supervise and coordinate with the external maintenance team.
  • Review and control the GMAO system (PRISMA). Plan and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Implement improvements in systems and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and health and safety standards.
• Manage the procurement of all necessary spare parts.
• Control the legalization of facilities with competent authorities.
• Perform official calibration of factory equipment.
• Participate with Engineering and Production in the implementation of operational efficiency improvements.
• Hire and supervise external contractors when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education in Industrial Technical Engineering or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience: More than 5 years in similar roles in industrial environments.
