Maintenance Supervisor

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join Talabat, a part of the Delivery Hero Group. In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across our 13 store locations, ensuring maximum operational uptime and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor daily corrective and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Critical Systems Oversight: Manage contract execution and service delivery for high-value assets.
• Emergency Response: Act as the primary technical point of contact for emergency repairs.
• AutoCAD Planning & Layouts: Prepare detailed floor plans and technical drawings for new store openings and renovations.
• Tender Package Preparation: Lead the preparation of fit-out project tender packages.
• Landlord & Property Relations: Support technical interactions with landlords and ensure compliance with lease-bound obligations.
• Technician Supervision: Manage and lead the internal maintenance technician team across 13 stores.
• PR & Procurement Workflow: Initiate and manage Purchase Requests within the internal ERP system.
• Life Safety Systems: Ensure all major fire suppression and safety equipment are tested and compliant.
• Quality Alignment: Partner with the Quality Assurance department to address technical non-conformities.
• Cost Tracking & Budget Support: Assist in tracking routine maintenance expenses against monthly budgets.
• Regulatory & Civil Defense Compliance: Coordinate required inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
• Administrative & Compliance Filing: Track and archive all vendor invoices, certificates, agreements, and permits.

Requirements

• Experience managing and developing team members.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FM, E-commerce, or Retail Industries.
• Great stakeholder management experience both internally and externally.
• Fluent in English and Arabic would be a plus.
