An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing business in Dungannon, United Kingdom. This role offers a salary of approximately £45,000 - £47,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a small team of maintenance engineers through effective performance management and succession planning.
• Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and manage a structured preventative maintenance programme across all site equipment and machinery.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintenance stock control systems.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, facilities repairs, and equipment reliability projects.
• Maintain and develop a comprehensive asset management system for all plant and machinery.
• Ensure maintenance processes support quality, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Ensure all equipment and maintenance practices comply with current health, safety, and legislative requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and provide direction across maintenance functions.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance systems, TPM programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
