Maintenance Technician / Troubleshooting Technician

About the Position

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician / Troubleshooting Technician to join our team at TMC in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, locating, and resolving malfunctions within our machinery park. Your work will span across mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, or control systems, depending on your interests and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, locate, and resolve malfunctions within the machinery park.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees.
• Advise and support the technical department on modifications, overhauls, preventive measures, and commissioning of new and used installations.
• Assemble and disassemble parts of machines, adapting, custom fitting, or having them manufactured as needed.

Requirements

• Technical secondary vocational education (MBO) in the field of Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Automotive Technology or similar.
• Analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Passion for tinkering and enjoyment in solving malfunctions.
• Residing in the Eindhoven area.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts is a plus.

We Offer

• Immediate permanent contract.
• Salary indication between €3,250 and €4,500 gross per month (excluding allowances).
• Personal training budget of €2,200 per year.
• Individual profit sharing (paid out monthly).
• One-on-one coaching.
