About the Position

We are seeking a Manager CSM to act as strategic partners to our key clients, drive change, and support our internal Sales team.

Responsibilities

External

  • Act as strategic partners to our key local, regional, and global clients.
  • Serve as an internal and external innovation agent, driving change for faster reaction to changing market requirements.
  • Be considered a known expert in their market (industry, products, channels, etc.).
  • Support the internal Sales team in the lead generation/business development process.
  • Understand and work with the whole portfolio of Point of Sales-related data with global and key clients (gfknewron market, predict, and consumer) and be the central point of contact.
  • Deliver insightful top-level presentations and actionable recommendations to our key clients.
  • Become a market expert in one or more categories/industry segments.
  • Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new senior customers.
  • Drive high adoption rates (i.e., activation, reactivation, and engagement) of gfknewron within senior client organizations by demonstrating clear ROI to clients to reach our high goals.
  • Educate key and senior customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs.
  • Find and build a new user base for NIQ offerings.
  • Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions. Elaborate use cases with clients that show the value of NIQ data and their outcomes for the clients.
  • Identify sales leads for cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the client.
  • Help improve the business renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcomes and value.

Internal

  • Ensure that the client experience is at a high level and servicing is comparable across team members.
  • Manage client concerns and ensure the resolution process through discussion and execution with all internal stakeholders in the organization.
  • Be an internal CSM ambassador and multiplier, driving the CSM spirit within the organization as a role model.
  • Fully certified CSM (minimum gfknewron market, predict, and consumer) and know and use the different propositions in detail.
  • Take over special CSM projects (e.g., creation of internal/external training content, etc.).
  • Ensure to be updated on relevant knowledge and have a deep understanding of platform offerings.
  • Collect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features, etc., of the gfknewron platform as well as to ops and other teams on non-platform issues to drive a better client experience.
  • Collaborate with account management at the pre-sales and renewal stages, identify sales leads.
  • Coordinate internal client services nationally and internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business understanding in tech & durables business and related Retail.
  • Interest in multiple product categories and markets.
  • 5 years of experience in consulting, market research, product management of durables, or equivalent business units.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach.
  • Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams.
  • Coordination and decision-making on how to achieve client outcomes and organization goals.
  • Driving delivery of results for clients & NIQ across diverse cultures, mindsets, disciplines, and influences.
  • Passion, dedication, and commitment.
  • Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically.
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach.
