About the Position
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle while acting as a trusted guardian of our financial health. While the core of this role focuses on robust day-to-day financial operations and reporting, we are looking for an analytical thinker who is confident in presenting financial narratives to key stakeholders and tackling ad-hoc strategic projects with ease.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general accounting duties, which encompass accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and processing expenses claims
- Manage daily finance functions, including consolidation, financial statements and reports, e.g. P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reinforce data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Assist in preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare regular treasury related reports and analytics
- Monthly Presentation on both Financial and Management Reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in a related field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position
- CPA Student or Membership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills are a strong plus
- Willing to learn, mature, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details
- Fluent in Cantonese and Good in both English and Mandarin
