Responsibilities

• Implement all measures along the customer journey (paid, owned, shared, earned) from planning to introduction in relevant digital channels to conversion in order to meet KPIs
• Further develop the corporate website to optimize customer experience and traffic generation
• Implement the technical and content-related SEO measures to increase the visibility and reach of the website
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Continuously track relevant KPIs using appropriate analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as interpretation and derivation of suitable measures
• Responsible for the conception and control of multinational content on our digital channels in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Manage existing content with regard to topicality, CI, multilingualism, and product ranges
• Work on new digital formats and their global implementation and use
• Work on interdisciplinary projects and contribute your expertise
• Create presentations, statistics, and reports

Requirements

• Completed university studies in the marketing field
• Several years of professional experience in project management of digital platforms, in the field of web content management, and search engine marketing
• Committed, communicative, and responsible with a proactive approach to contributing ideas
• High-quality standards and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Team player who enjoys managing and implementing digital projects
• Very good knowledge of English and fluency in German
• Experienced in a global matrix organization
