About the Position

Manager, Mid-Career Recruitment（中途採用マネージャー候補）

Are you looking to kickstart your career with AnyMind Group? We are seeking a Mid-Career Recruitment Manager to drive agile recruitment strategies aligned with our AI-Native Transformation.

Responsibilities

Adoption Strategy Development and Promotion: Develop and implement an adoption plan and strategy based on business plans, and act as the driving force for the entire mid-career adoption process.
Optimization of Adoption Channels: Promote the design, effectiveness measurement, and improvement of adoption channels combining agents, direct recruitment, and referrals.
Agile Update of Adoption Targets and Personas: Update adoption targets and job definitions in real-time in line with the progress of our AI-Native Transformation strategy. Work closely with business units to respond quickly to changing organizational needs.
Improvement of Candidate Experience (CX): Responsible for communication design to execution with a focus on candidate experience. Focus on the core aspects of recruitment that should be handled by people rather than AI, such as delving into reasons for job change and supporting decision-making.
KPI setting in recruitment activities ~ Promotion of improvement activities based on data analysis
Strengthening of Adoption Branding: Lead the development and implementation of recruitment branding initiatives that enhance the corporate value of AnyMind Group.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

2+ years of experience as a consultant at a human resources agency (RA/CA) or 2+ years of recruitment and HR experience at a business company
Ability to flexibly respond to changes
Someone who considers GRIT and commitment as their strengths or is recognized by others

Preferred Requirements

Experience in managing direct recruitment
Experience in designing recruitment KPIs and data analysis
Experience in planning and executing recruitment branding and recruitment publicity
Experience in improving work efficiency using AI tools
Business level English proficiency
