AnyMind Group, a rapidly growing global tech venture, is seeking a Mid-Career Recruitment Manager to build recruitment systems. This role will report directly to the Country Manager in Japan and align with AI and business strategies.

Responsibilities

As a core member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of recruitment activities to achieve the overall organizational strategy of AnyMind Group.

• Development and Promotion of Recruitment Strategy: Develop recruitment plans and strategies based on business plans and lead the entire mid-career recruitment process.
• Optimization of Recruitment Channels: Design, measure effectiveness, and improve recruitment channels, including agents, direct recruitment, and referrals.
• Agile Update of Recruitment Targets and Personas: Update recruitment targets and job definitions in real-time in line with the company's AI-Native Transformation strategy. Work closely with business units to respond quickly to changing organizational needs.
• Enhancement of Candidate Experience (CX): Responsible for the design and execution of communication focused on candidate experience. Focus on the core aspects of recruitment that should be handled by people, not AI, such as understanding reasons for job change and supporting decision-making.
• Set KPIs for recruitment activities and promote improvement activities based on data analysis.
• Strengthening Recruitment Branding: Lead the development and execution of recruitment branding initiatives that enhance the corporate value of AnyMind Group.

Position Highlights

• Directly under the Japan Country Manager, driving recruitment as a management issue: This role is directly connected to the top of the Japan business, bypassing the HR management line. You can feel the contribution to the business as you lead from strategic planning to execution and effectiveness verification.
• Promoting Agile Recruitment Aligned with AI-Native Strategy: In line with the AI-Native Transformation being promoted across the group, recruitment targets and evaluation criteria will continue to change. You can be in charge of a "moving recruitment strategy" that is updated in real-time in response to business changes, rather than executing a static recruitment plan.
• Challenge to the Global Recruitment Market: As a global company with more than half of its total sales coming from overseas, you will have the opportunity to be involved in global talent acquisition through collaboration with Regional HR in various APAC countries, not just domestic recruitment.
• Growth as a Recruitment Professional: This is an environment rich in growth opportunities, where you can deepen your expertise in recruitment, as well as actively supported career changes to adjacent HR areas (such as HRBP and organizational development) and even to the business side.

Requirements

Required

• More than 2 years of experience as a consultant at a talent agency (RA/CA) or more than 2 years of recruitment and HR experience at a business company.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to changes.
• Someone who considers GRIT and commitment as their strengths or is recognized as such by others.

Preferred

• Experience in managing direct recruitment.
• Experience in designing recruitment KPIs and data analysis.
• Experience in planning and executing recruitment branding and recruitment publicity.
• Experience in improving work efficiency using AI tools.
• Business-level English proficiency.
