About the Position

Manager | Business Process Management

We are seeking a Manager for Business Process Management to join our team in Buenos Aires, leading transformation programs and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement in our clients and develop comprehensive solutions.
• Lead cross-company process transformation programs based on data.
• Create and develop new value propositions for our clients.
• Lead project teams for local or international clients.
• Develop close relationships with our commercial teams, peers from other locations, and our clients to continually find improvement opportunities.
• Continuously develop in new technologies and methodologies that support our operations.

Requirements

• Exceptional level of English, both oral and written.
• More than 10 years of experience in Business Process Optimization.
• Experience in Strategic Consulting.
• Experience in Process Mining is a plus.
• Knowledge of technological tools relevant to tasks related to project management (PM/PMO role), process mapping, data mining, and/or process mining.
• Leadership of complex projects.
• Ability to generate new business opportunities with clients and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Leadership of teams.
