About the Position

Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team at Vчасно, a leading company in electronic document management. Our product, Кадри, simplifies HR processes in companies, making document management efficient and accessible. As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our product.

Responsibilities

• Testing existing and new functionalities.
• Participating in the product lifecycle from idea formation to implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of the results.
• Developing and writing test documentation (checklists, test cases).
• Describing new and existing project functionalities in Confluence (together with the team).
• Identifying and documenting defects/bugs in Jira.
• Continuously interacting with developers and the product team to improve product quality and internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in testing web applications for at least 1.5 years.
• Understanding of testing theory.
• Skills in working with test documentation.
• Experience with REST API and tools for its testing.
• Log analysis (Grafana Loki).
• SQL.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools in daily QA work.
• Basic knowledge of Git and Docker.

Nice to Have

• Experience in testing mobile applications.
