Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

1. Technical Support for Customers and Market

   • Technical proposals and support for key customers, designers, and industry associations
   • Customer visits for explanations, demonstrations, and technical consultations
   • Resolution of technical challenges and optimal construction and product proposals

2. Promotion of New Products and Methods

   • Collaboration with sales, development, and marketing for new product and method introductions
   • Planning, implementation, and reporting of field and demonstration tests
   • Development of new applications based on market needs and competitive trends

3. Technical Evaluation and Quality Assurance

   • Development of test plans and support for test implementation
   • Investigation, cause analysis, and prevention proposals for defects and complaints
   • Ensuring technical validity and quality of assigned product groups

4. Technical Information Management and Education

   • Creation and management of product specifications, data sheets, and test reports
   • Conducting technical education for sales representatives and customers
   • Preparation of technical materials, case studies, samples, and videos

5. Technical Information Collection and Utilization

   • Collaboration with industry associations and research institutions for technical and market information
   • Monitoring and internal dissemination of new technologies and regulatory trends

Potential Additional Tasks:

1. Industry Participation

   • Participation in industry associations and standardization committees
   • Providing information on market and industry trends

2. Technical Documentation

   • Creation of technical papers, educational materials, technical guidelines, and construction manuals

3. Overseas Coordination

   • Technical coordination and information exchange with related overseas departments and markets

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, science, or related field
• 2-3 years of practical experience in research and development, technical service, construction management, or sales and sales development

Technical Skills:

• Experiment design, data analysis, report writing, handling of pressure pumps, and spray equipment

Soft Skills:

• Critical thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and team collaboration skills
